01

Getting started

Everything is customised to you. Once you join, you'll get access to my coaching app where your workouts, nutrition, progress tracking, habits, and communication are all laid out in one place.

That's completely fine. A large percentage of my clients start with very little gym experience. The goal is to simplify everything and build confidence over time.

Most of my clients are busy professionals, parents, business owners, or people balancing demanding lives. The entire coaching system is designed to fit INTO your life, not take over it.

No. Although it is preferred, I can build programs for full commercial gyms, apartment gyms, home gyms, or even bodyweight-only training.

That depends on your consistency, starting point, and goals. Most clients begin noticing improvements in energy, routine, confidence, and body composition within the first few weeks.

I work with people who are serious about changing their lives physically and mentally and want a realistic, sustainable approach to fitness.

02

Coaching & support

Everything is fully personalised to your goals, schedule, training experience, injuries, lifestyle, and equipment access. No two clients are the same.

You'll have weekly calls for the first six weeks, then bi-weekly calls after that depending on your progress and needs.

Absolutely. This is one of the biggest parts of coaching. You'll have regular check-ins, calls, WhatsApp support, and direct accountability with me throughout the process.

Inside the app we track body weight, training performance, steps, nutrition, habits, progress photos, recovery, and overall consistency.

The biggest difference is that this is not just about losing weight temporarily. The goal is to break limiting beliefs, improve confidence, create long-term habits, improve lifestyle structure, and build something sustainable for life.

03

Nutrition & lifestyle

No. One of the biggest things I teach is flexibility. You should still be able to enjoy dinners, travel, holidays, birthdays, and social events while making progress.

Yes. We usually start with a structured nutrition setup so we can understand how your body responds. Over time, the goal is to teach you how to make sustainable choices yourself rather than relying on strict dieting forever.

Most people who join me have failed multiple diets before. The problem usually isn't effort. It's that they were never taught how to make fitness fit their real life long term.

While I'm not a doctor and don't replace medical advice, I focus heavily on improving lifestyle factors such as nutrition, recovery, sleep, stress management, daily movement, consistency, and overall habits. Many clients are surprised by how much better they feel physically and mentally once those foundations improve.

My philosophy

My goal is to help you break the beliefs you have about yourself and realise how much more your body and mind are capable of when you finally have the right structure and support.
